Many extensions fall under permitted development, but not all, and building regulations approval is almost always needed. We check at the survey and handle the applications for you.
If the work affects a shared wall or is close to a neighbour's boundary, you may need a party wall agreement under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We'll tell you early and guide you through it.
Often, yes. We plan the stages so you keep a working kitchen and bathroom wherever possible, and agree it with you before we start.
